Lampiran A2 & B2 tidak dapat dicetak ?

hi…
saya ingin minta petunjuk , saya ingin mencetak lampiran A2 dan B2 pada e-spt PPN Versi 1.4 .
muncul kalimat :
An Error has occurred while attempting to load the crystal Reports runtime
Either the Crystal Reports registry key permissions are insufficient or the Crystal Reports runtime is not installed correctly.
Please install the appropriate Crystal Reports redistributable (Crredist*.msi).
Containing the correct version of the Crystal Reports runtime (x86,x64,or Itanium) required . please go to http://www.business objects.com/support for more information
kemudian saya klik OK muncul kalimat :
Failed (prepareA2B1B3). Message :the Type initializer for ‘CrystalDecisions.Crystal Reports. Engine. Report Document’threw an an exceptionKira kira apa yang harus saya lakukan agar bisa mencetak lampiran A2 dan B2?

install crystall report pak, biasanya langsung bisa, dan upgrade ke v1.4 atau v1.5 espt nya

coba ke IT.nya Pasti ngerti… Install Frame Network & the Crystal Reports runtime (x86,x64,or Itanium) bisa cari di Mbah Google.
