Selamat siang ijin bertanya, jk Ayah WP OP A Smg memberi hibah uang kpd anak WP OP B Jkt guna membeli rmh di Jkt. Tanya:
1. Membuat akta hibah dari notaris Smg atau Jkt?
2. Membyr beli rmh oleh ayah WP OP A Smg atau anak WP OP B Jkt?
3. Bgmn penerapan Undang-Undang Perpajakan yg berlaku agar sesuai peraturan? Mohon pencerahannya terimakasihSepaham saya sih tidak masalah di kota mana selagi yang terlibat terkait harta hibah tersebut menandatangani. Coba baca dulu ketentuannya di PMK 90/PMK.03/2020
